臺灣農藥及植物保護資訊系統發展現況
Development of Pesticide and Protection Information System in Taiwan
摘要
多數的農業單位，如政策主管單位、農業試驗改良場所、農學院校、農業學術團體、農會及農企業等，都建立有其業務相關的網站，提供農業政策、農業經營診斷、栽培新技術、農情資訊、教育訓練等訊息。這些資訊提供單位投入相當的人力及物力建立了各類專業資訊系統，並提供方便好用的網路查詢工具，以利使用者能順利獲得所需之參考資訊；此其中包含有相當多的人力及物力的投入，尊重其智慧財產權是使用者所應當遵守的遊戲規則。農藥是防治農作物病蟲草害、保護農林作物生長及產量的重要利器，但是大部分農藥由於其作用為殺蟲、殺鼠、殺菌或除草等特性，或多或少對人畜或環境會有某種程度的風險或危害。為確保農藥使用對消費者、農民、勞工及環境的安全性，農藥的使用必須加以合理的管理。本文針對農藥及植物保護的專業知識，除介紹藥毒所建立的主要資訊系統外，並介紹其他單位，如防檢局、各農業試驗改良場所、國科會、衛生署、大學農學院校、農業學術團體及農企等相關之系統及其內涵，以享讀者。

In Taiwan, every agricultural government agency, college, society, enterprise and even farmer's association has their own web site. All of them maintain information required for extension service such as agricultural policies and measures, diagnoses of farm management, new technology, market information, training programs, etc. These institutions established the specific information systems by imputing much effort and resource and offer smooth and sufficient methods to obtain various new techniques and information, so it is the responsibility of users to obey the usage rules and deference these intellectual property rights. Pesticides are useful and important tools for protecting crops from the damage by pests. Because the function of pesticides is to kill the insects, diseases, rodents and weeds, so they will have, more or less, some risk and damage to the human being, animals and environment, and that is the reason why pesticides should be regulated reasonably. This report will introduce pesticide and pest's control information systems and the contents of the systems established by Taiwan Agricultural Chemicals and Toxic Substances Research Institute (TACTRI), Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine (BAPHIQ), agricultural research institutes, district agriculture improvement stations, National Science Council, Health Agency, agricultural colleges, societies and enterprises.
