宗族、宗親會與選舉動員

摘要

台灣各姓氏宗親會組織，便是同姓不同源的組織，不僅不排斥不同源者，更擴大組織為全國性及世界性的同姓宗親會。台灣的「宗族」觀念與「宗親會」的社會聯帶性，對地方選舉有舉足輕重的地位，宗親關係將文化與政治關聯起來，提供了政治認同與政治行動的管道，傳統的宗族與宗親等原初團體在政治舞台上仍扮演著重要角色。台灣的宗親會與選舉事務最密切者，莫過於桃園縣，本文即以桃園縣為例，說明宗親與地方選舉之間的關係。本文試圖以姓氏與宗親會作為自變數，選舉時的得票數（率）為依變數，進行Person積差相關檢定，以連續三屆縣議員與鎮長選舉為個案分析，了解是否大姓或大型宗親會的參選人，是否明確在選舉中具有優勢。分析可知，在縣議員選舉部分，候選人是前十大姓者的確對選舉較為有利；是前十大宗親會者，則不具有關聯性。在鄉鎮市長選舉部分，候選人是前十大姓者或前十大宗親會者，都的確對選舉較為有利。

The lineages and clans in Taiwan are influential to the local election, traditional primary association lineages and clans are acting the strong character in politics. Taiwan Tao-yuan county, clan association and the election business is closest. This article take Tao-yuan county as an example, explains relations between the clan association and local election. This article can take the independent variable by the surname and the clan association, the election votes (rate) for depends on the variable, carries on the Person accumulated rate correlation examination. This article take the continual three sessions of district councilmen and mayor as the case analyses, understood whether the candidate of common surname or large-scale clan association, is clear important in the election.
