腎上腺腦白質失養症病童之安寧緩和照護一個案報告
Palliative Care for a Pediatric Patient with Adrenoleukodystrophy: A Case Report

We presented our palliative care experience of a 15-year-old young patient with rare adrenoleu-kodystrophy referred from the community social service department in 2015. We provided the conventional community palliative care with the P4 medical model medicine that combined personalized precision medicine, prediction, participation and prevention, and the home-based holistic palliative care in coordination with the blue magpie home medical team. This combined care model prevented patient's and family suffering and serenity of mind.
