受到全球化的影響，傳染病更容易隨著人口的移動跨國界傳播，推廣旅遊醫學概念、宣導旅客旅遊前接受必要的預防接種更顯得刻不容援。旅遊相關的預防接種，其中包括：（1）例行性接種：拍我國幼兒及成人常規預防接種項目，如卡介苗、Ｂ型肝炎疫苗、日本腦炎疫苗、麻疹／德國麻疹／肥腺炎混合疫苗、白喉／破傷風／百日咳混合疫苗等；（2）必須性接種：部分國家要求旅客必須提出特定疫苗接種證明方九許入境，如黃熱病疫苗、流行性腦脊髓膜炎疫苗及小兒麻痺疫苗；（3）建議性接種：非強制要求，但評估當地流行情況及個人風險後，建議旅客接種的疫苗。建議國人出國旅遊前應預先暸解旅遊當地流行的傳染病，並提前4－8週至國內26家旅遊醫學門診接受評估。

Due to the impact of globalization, infectious diseases spread around the world. To receive necessary immunization is crucial for travelers before going abroad. There are 3 types of travel-related immunization. The first is routine vaccination which included infant/children and adult routine immunization, such as BCG vaccine, hepatitis B vaccine, Japanese encephalitis vaccine and MMR vaccine…etc. The second one is required vaccination which is mandatory requirement for entering some countries, such as yellow fever vaccine, meningococcal vaccine and polio vaccine. The third is recommended vaccination which is recommended to shot for preventing some infectious disease according the risk assessment in destined countries. We suggest people should alert the endemic infectious diseases in the travel countries and one of the 26 visit travel medicine clinics for consultation before 4-8 weeks going abroad.
