以偏光顯微鏡量測聚左旋乳酸/聚(з-羥基丁酸酯-co-з-羥基戊酸酯)摻合體之等溫結晶速率

Isothermal Crystallization Rate Measurements of Poly(L-lactic acid)/ Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3- hydroxyvalerate) Blends Using A Hot Stage Polarizing Microscope

本研究針對不同摻混比例的聚左旋乳酸/ 聚(3-羥基丁酸酯-co-3-羥基戊酸酯)(poly(L-lacticacid)/poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate), PLLA/PHBV)摻合體,以可加熱式偏光顯微鏡直接觀察量測等溫球晶成長速率,並以Avrami方程進行動力學分析,計算Avrami速率常數。再以偏振光透射強度分析法計算等溫整體結晶速率。結果顯示,等溫球晶成長速率與Avrami 速率常數相符合,但與等溫整體結晶速率量測所得之結果有不同的結果;微小球晶的球晶成長速率如果無法以直接觀察量測時,可以偏振光透射強度分析法計算整體結晶速率。

This work was focused on isothermal crystallization rate measurements of poly(L-lactic acid)/poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3- hydroxyvalerate) (PLLA/PHBV) blends with different weight ratios using a hot stage polarizing microscope. The spherulitic growth rate was measured directly using a hot stage polarizing microscope. After that, the Avrami equation was used to calculate Avrami rate constant. The overall crystallization rate was calculated using the intensity of the polarized transmitted light. The results of the isothermal spherulitic growth rates and Avrami rate constants of the blends have a consistent of the trend, but different from the isothermal overall crystallization rates. The intensity of the polarized transmitted light can even use to calculate the overall crystallization rate of small spherulites, where the spherulitic growth rate of small spherulite cannot be measured directly.
