利用多層級分析法在設計雨型之建立

摘要


本研究之目的在於研究如何取捨目標集水區中時雨量資料的水文紀錄,同時發展以窮舉模擬法進行求解的演算法,藉以求得目標集水區中的最大設計雨型。本研究首先定義時雨量選取條件時之決策變數,輔以多層級分析法篩選出各決策變數之權重,再依權重順序選取符合決策的暴雨時雨量場次,繼而以窮舉模擬法將所有暴雨場次搭配實務上最常使用之級序平均法進行模擬分析,以求解最大設計雨型。本研究並將其應用於景美溪之實際暴雨逕流案例中,以探討時雨量場次選取之決定對設計雨型之影響。

The purpose of this research lies in studying how to select the hydrology records of the rainfall in watershed with the method of an exhausting algorithm, making an attempt to achieve the goal of figuring out the maximum design rainfall pattern in the watershed. First, this research defines the decision parameters of the hourly rainfall selection and analyses with AHP to sieve out the weight of each decision parameter. Then, the hourly rainfall records which fit the weight sequence of the decision parameters are chosen. Finally, the exhausting algorithm method coupled with level sequence average method is used in order to calculate the maximum design rainfall pattern. This research is applied to the case ”Jing-May River District” with an aim to discuss the influence of the selection of the hourly rainfall cases on the design rainfall pattern.
