摘要

肩針灸(Acupuncture)是我國寶貴醫學之一，有幾千年的悠久歷史。不僅對本國民族除疾癒病扮演著十分重要的角色，而且對世界醫學也有著深遠的影響。世界衛生組織(W.H.O)已將針灸列為治療疾病的方法之一即為明証。近年來，隨著科技的發展和進步，對針灸醫學術的發展影響很大，不僅對針灸歷史、文獻、臨床治療適應症及針灸治療機理，進行了廣泛深入的研究。當代醫師以中西醫相結合的觀念和方法，運用現今的科學技術和方法，對針灸臨床應用療法，做了大量的臨床觀察與實驗研究。在實証醫學的架構下，己奠定了針灸醫療的基礎，更道出治療特效的新知，相信針灸醫療技術將成為未來醫學之花，更會在世界各國綻放出璀璨的光芒，造福全人類。

Acupuncture, which has thousands of years of history, is one of the valuable medicines in China. It not only plays an important role in curing illness in our own country, but also has a profound influence on the world medicine. It is an evident proof that the World Health Organization (WHO) has listed acupuncture as one of the disease treatments.In recent years, the development and progress of technology has a great impact on the development of acupuncture medicine. We have conducted the extensive and thorough research not only on the history, literature, and clinical application of acupuncture but also on the acupuncture treatment mechanism.With the combination of Chinese and Western concepts and methods, using modern scientific techniques and methods, contemporary practitioners have made a lot of clinical observations and experimental study in the clinical applications of acupuncture therapy. In the framework of evidence-based medicine, we have laid the foundation of medical acupuncture and developed the new information of the special therapeutic effects. We believe that acupuncture medical technology will become the focus of the future medicine, emit the radiant glory in the world, and benefit all mankind.
