摘要

為探討製作蕎麥株袋茶之最適播種期及採收期暨製作蕎麥株錠劑技術，由本場與喬志亞生技股份有限公司共同合作。於民國90年秋作利用蕎麥常陸秋品種進行本項試驗研究，由結果顯示製作蕎麥株袋茶之最適播種期為11月5日，最適採收期為蕎麥播種後45～55日。製作蕎麥株錠劑之最佳技術為蕎麥株採收後利用陽光乾燥，經機械烘焙或直接利用乾燥機以70℃烘乾24小時，經粉碎、水煮、過濾及粉末後進行打錠，其錠劑之芸香苷及檞皮素含量最高，對人體之健康最有幫助。蕎麥株袋茶目前已由喬志亞生技股份有限公司量產及銷售中。

This project cooperated with the Georgia Biotech. Co., aims at investigating the optimal sowing and harvesting time, and the processing methods for making buckwheat tea bags and tablets. The results of autumn crop 2001, indicated that the optimal sowing date was on 5th November and harvest 45-55 days after sowing with the cultivar 'Charng Lu Chiu'. The optimal drying process for making tablets is sun-dried after harvest and subsequently oven-dried for 24h. For making tablets, the plant materials were milled, boiled, filtrated and concentrated into fine powder subsequently and pressed into tablets finally. Following the process, the tablets would contain the highest amount of rutin and quercetin, which have been confirmed beneficial to human health. The buckwheat tea-bag product is massively produced and commericialized by the Georgia Biotech. Co.
