竹醋液對青梗白菜生長之促進作用

摘要


本研究係以蒸餾水將土窯產孟宗竹醋液分別稀釋為5×10^2,、10^3、5×10^3、10^4、10^5、10^6及10^7倍,作為土耕及水耕青梗白菜之培養液,分析不同稀釋倍數之竹醋液處理的青梗白菜收成後之鮮重、乾重、植體硝酸態氮及磷、鉀、鈣、鎂離子含量之差異,探討竹醋液作為植物生長促進劑之可行性。試驗結果顯示,在促進土耕青梗白菜生長,以稀釋10^4倍竹醋液為最佳,可增加青梗白菜之鮮重及乾重,並降低植物體硝酸態氮含量;在水耕方面,以稀釋10^3倍竹醋液可提高青梗白菜鮮重,並促進磷及鉀離子的吸收,但其對乾重之增加效果不如土耕法者顯著。因此,只要適當使用土耕法,竹醋液作為植物生長促進劑是可供參考。

Maso bamboo vinegar, an earth kiln product, was diluted 55×10^2,、10^3、5×10^3、10^4、10^5、10^6 and 10^7 fold with distilled water, and these diluted solutions were used as cultivation liquid to accelerate the growth of Chinese white cabbage (Brassica chinensis Linn) under soil culture and hydroponic culture. The fresh weight, dry weight, and concentrations of NO3(superscript -), P, K, Ca, and Mg of the plant were evaluated after bamboo vinegar treatments. The results showed that the 10^4 dilution of bamboo vinegar enhanced the growth of Chinese white cabbage in soil culture, and the fresh weight and dry weight of the plant increased, while the NO3 concentration on the plant decreased after bamboo vinegar treatment. However, for hydroponic culture experiments, the 10^3 dilution of bamboo vinegar increased the fresh weight of Chinese white cabbage, and the absorption of P and K ions by the plant was promoted after the bamboo vinegar treatment. But the enhancement of the efficacy of dry weight increase of the plant in the hydroponic culture was less significant than that in the soil culture. From these results, it can he concluded that bamboo vinegar can readily be used as an appropriate plant growth promoter for soil culture.
