台灣地區野鳥內寄生蟲之調查
The Survey on Endoparasites of Wild Birds in Taiwan Area
摘要
1994年7月至1995年4月間，自台灣地區收集各種野鳥屍體共142隻，分屬14 目31科。經剖檢所得的寄生蟲以胃及腸道最多，其次在肺、膽囊、體腔及氣囊。經檢查後有原蟲、線蟲、吸蟲、絛蟲、鉤頭蟲5大類寄生，鑑定出19屬。原蟲類在腸道寄生者有Isospora sp.、Caryospora sp.。線蟲類在頸部皮下有Hamatospiculum sp.絲狀蟲，氣管有Syngamus sp.，胃有Contracaecum sp.、Desportesius sp.，腸有Porrocaecum sp.、Anisakis sp.、Heterakis sp.、Capillaria sp.、Skrjabinoclava sp. Strongyloides sp.等，體腔內有Paralemdana sp.、Diplotriaena sp. 等絲狀蟲。吸蟲類咽喉有Clinostomum sp.，腸有Himasthla sp.、Neodiplostomum sp.，體腔內有Cyclocoelum sp.。鉤頭蟲類在腸有Centrorhynchus sp.。其他僅鑑定至科的有腸道內Filicollidae、Polymorphidae、Gigantorhynchidae等3科鉤頭蟲及Habronematidae科線蟲。另外在腸道發現有屬圓葉目（Cyclophyllidea）之絛蟲。

From July 1994 to April 1995, a total of 142 dead wild birds, belonging to 31 families of 14 orders, were collected in various locations of Taiwan area. Five groups of parasites (protozoa, nematodes, cestodes, and acanthacephalans) were found in these carcasses at necropsy. Most of them loeated in gastrointestinal tracts, and some were in lungs, gall bladders, body cavities, and air sacs. Among them, 19 genera were able to be identified. Two genera of protozoa (Caryospora and Isospora) were found in gastrointestinal tracts. Twelve genera of nematodes (Hamatospiculum sp. in subcutaneous tissue; Syngamus sp. in trachea; Contracecum sp. & Desportesius sp. in stomach; Porrocaecum sp., Anisakis sp., Heterakis sp., Skrjabinoclava sp. & Strongyloides sp. in intestines; and Paralemdana sp. & Diplotriaena sp. in body cavity) were classified. Four genera of trematodes (Clinostomus sp. in esophagus; Himasthla sp. & Neodiplostomum sp. in intestine; and Cycloeoelum sp. in body cavity) were observed. One genus of acanthocephalan (Centrorhynchus sp.) was noted in intestine. Finally, parasites which were only identified to family level were Filicollidae, Polymorphidae, Gigantorhynchidae (acanthoeephalans); Habronematidae (nematodes), and Cyclophyllidea (cestodes). This is the first report of wide scale survey of wild birds for endoparasites in Taiwan area.
