輔導策略與輔導效果實證研究的回顧與檢討

A Review of Empirical Studies on Counseling Intervention in Relation to Counseling Outcome

摘要


本文針對國內過去卅年來,有關輔導介入策略與效果的實徵性研究共計114篇作一回顧與整理。文中將研究對象分為兒童、一般青少年、犯罪青少年、大專青年學生以及社會成人,分別就以上的分類方式綜合與歸納在過去的研究中,使用過的約有廿種不同輔導介入策略及其輔導效果,作出暫時性的結論,並且在文中嘗試比較因輔導對象不同,在使用輔導介入策略及結果上的差異。最後,本文亦就所發現的研究理論與方法上的缺失,提出對未來研究方向上的改進意見與建議。

The present paper provides a review of 114 empirical studies on counseling intervention in relation to counseling outcome in Taiwan, conducted in the past 30 years. Counseling researches on children, adolescents, juvenile delinquents, college students, and adults are reviewed. It is found that a total of 20 counseling intervention strategies were used to make behavior changes. Tentative conclusions are drawn from the literature review. Comparisons are also made to detect different counseling outcomes among various counseling intervention strategies used with different age groups. Finally, a critigue is made to confront the weakness in conducting counseling researches.
