摘要

本文要探討的問題很簡單，主要重點在研究國際環保界推展國際環境管理標準這波潮流裡，大陸是在什麼樣的情況下、以什麼態度和用什麼方式因應這波潮流，推展國際環境管理系列標準？其次，其關懷的重點何在？這些受到關懷的重點有何內容或問題值得考察？它們又產生了那些影響？或者說，這些值得考察的問題又如何影響及大陸推展國際環境管理系列標準的工作？
