榮總精神病部日間病房職能治療個案報告
A case Report of O.T. in a Psychiatric Day Ward
摘要
一位自小重聽在榮總診斷為非典型人格違常的26歲男性病患，在接受急性病房、門診及日間病房2年的藥物治療、行為治療及團體性職能治療後，除了對家人的攻擊行為減少外，並無明顯改善，且逐漸在日間病房中出現許多不恰當的、違規的行為。從77年9月開始的職能治療，內容包含個別會談、有治療目的的活動以及有計畫地給予團體治療，並運用活動治療、行為治療及支持性心理治療的技巧，約9個月後病人在自我功能、人際互動、日常生活及工作習性等方面皆有明顯改善。

A 26y/o man who was with moderate hearing impairment and diagnosed as Atypical Personality Disorder in Veterans General Hospital had received treatment for 2 years, including medication, occupational therapy in groups and behavior therapy in acute and day ward. Not only was there little improvement except the diminishing of aggression toward his family, but he also developed many disturbing behaviors in day ward. After 9-month, Occupational therapy provided by the author, he got apparent improvement in ego function, social interaction, activities of daily living and work behavior. The occupational therapy combined one-to-one interview, purposeful activities, planned group involvement and techniques in activity therapy, behavior therapy and supportive psychotherapy.
