摘要


本研究之目的在於研製一組本省適用之花卉穴盤苗假植機構,以替代人工將生長在高密度穴盤中的穴盤苗假植到生長空間較大的穴格或栽植盆內。所設計之機構使用氣壓為機構驅動動力,應用可程式邏輯控制器控制所有假値動作,並使用無桿氣壓缸配合2口2位閥調整移動速度,結果顯示可使定位的誤差低於2mm以下,假植作業速率並可達約40株/分。

This research is to develop a transplanting mechanism for the flower-plug- seedling. The mechanism can transplant seedlings from high density plug trays into low density growing flats. A programmable logic controller is used to control the transplanter which is driven by pneumatic devices. To adjust the velocity and to reduce the error of position-settling of rodless cylinder, the 2-position-2-way valves are used. The transplanting rate is about 40 seedlings per minute.
