彈性纖維偽黃瘤合併血管樣線條－家族例報告
Familial Pseudoxanthoma Elasticum with Angioid Streaks-Case Report
摘要
本篇報告來自同一個家族的兩例，兩者在眼底皆可見明顯的血管樣線條及黃斑部變性，皮膚經病理切片證實為彈性纖維偽黃瘤。本病例由家族史看來可能為自體隱性遺傳，螢光眼底攝影顯示無網膜下新生血管，故未予雷射治療。在本文中並對血管樣線條及彈性纖維偽黃瘤這兩個疾病加以討論。

Two siblings who suffered pseudoxanthoma elasticum with angioid streaks are reported here. Obvious radiating streaks and macular degeneration are noted in their fundi by ophthalmoscope and fluorescein angiography. The abnormalities of the skin are proved to be pseudoxanthoma elasticum by skin biopsy. The mode of inheritance of our cases is thought to be autosomal recessive according to their family history: Because of no subretinal neovascular membrane noted laser treatment is not neceesary. The characteristics of angioid streaks and pseudoxanthoma elasticum are briefly reviewed in this report.
