電腦輔助急救學習之成效探討:階段一-以提升某專科護理學生急救知識技能之研究為例

The Effects of Computer-Assisted First Aid Learning: A Case Study of Raising Knowledge and Skill Level on Junior College Nursing Students

摘要


本研究旨在發展急救課程之電腦網路輔助學習及評價其成效,分二階段之研究,本研究為第一階段,主要在開發急救電腦輔助學習之教材,加以測試對專科護理學生的急救知識與技能之成效。研究採類實驗設計,研究對象為某專科護理學生,隨機分配控制組和實驗組,實驗組為有接受急救課程電腦輔助學習,控制組不接受任何急救學習,二組皆接受前後測,測量工具包括基本資料表、急救知識量表、教學過程評量表、人工心肺復甦術稽核量表。 結果發現接受電腦急救輔助學習的實驗組,其急救初階知識和CPR技能顯著高於控制組。研究對象整體願意使用網站學習急救知識高達79.8%。本研究確認急救課程內容運用於電腦科技工具之可行性和成效,進而將內容建置於急救互動式光碟,和進行第二階段研究建構急救網路教學。研究可作為輔助傳統的急救學習之教材和相關研究之參考,特別是使用網路率極高、急救訓練需求高的工作職塲,推廣e化急救訓練。

Objectives: A computer-assisted learning program was developed to increase knowledge and skill level of first aid. A quasi-experiment was conducted to assess the motivation and evaluate the effects of computer-assisted learning among junior college nursing students. Methods: Data were collected by using questionnaires on experimental group and control group including first aid knowledge questionnaires for pre-test and post-test, first aid skill test and teaching-learning satisfaction survey after the course completed Results:(1)The score of basic first aid knowledge and first aid skill level on experimental group were significantly higher than control group.(2)The willingness to accept first aid online learning program was increase all subjects. It appeared that computer-assisted first aid learning enhanced the knowledge and skills of students. This implies that computer-assisted first aid learning could be a supplement and reinforce the traditional learning and the student have a positive attitude on online learning through the internet. Further, the first aid learning contents were integrated into a CD-ROM and implement on internet for further study that will focus first aid training at workplace.
