單次與多次電話諮商戒菸成效之比較：以戒菸專線服務中心為例

摘要

研究目的：評估「戒菸專線服務中心」的個案多次電話戒菸諮商成效及追蹤個案戒菸維持成效，並藉由比較單次諮詢組與多次諮商組的戒菸成效，用以檢驗完整電話戒菸諮商的個案其戒菸成效及戒菸維持成效的效果是否較優。研究方法：研究分為實驗組及對照組兩部分：實驗組（即多次諮商組）在諮商完成後，與對照組（即單次諮詢組）在初談完成後的一個月、三個月及六個月等三個時段分別由電訪員做電話訪問調查，追蹤個案的戒菸持續情況。研究結果：經由t檢定比較兩組在追蹤菸量、戒菸信心指數及戒菸天數上均有顯著差異。而在戒菸戒斷成功率及戒菸維持成效的成功率兩方面，多次諮商組均優於單次諮詢組。研究結論：採用多次電話戒菸諮商方式其成效顯著優於單次諮詢，完整的電話戒菸諮商服務證實可行。

The present study examined the follow-up effects of two types of telephone counseling service based on the data of ”Taiwan Smokers' Helpline”. The lower intensity counseling consisted of only one session. The higher intensity counseling included the same initial session plus an average of seven additional sessions. We tested the hypothesis that multiple sessions of counseling would produce a higher abstinence rate among participants than would a single session.
The results of the multiple-session group were significantly better than the single-session group regarding cessation rates, self-efficacy, days of cessation, and continuous one-, three- six-months abstinence rates. Multiple sessions did produce significantly higher abstinence rates compared with a single-session.
