Hemangiomas concomitantly involving the chest wall and mediastinum are a very rare presentation. We report a case of hemangioma with concomitant chest wall and mediastinal involvement in a 57-year-old man. Computed tomography (CT) showed a chest wall and anterior mediastinal mass with no enhancement effect. The lesions demonstrated intermediate signal intensity on T1-weighted magnetic resonance images and marked hyperintensity on T2-weighted magnetic resonance images. Phleboliths, the specific findings in hemangioma, were seen in the chest radiography and chest CT.
