本研究之目的在探討都會型合立體育場營運績效評估指標之建立方式,本研究對象為都會型公立體育場內之使用者(參與及觀賞活動之民眾共600人),進行二個星期之問卷調查,所得資料經 Cronbach (1951)所創之Alpha係數檢定,得各分量表之。值如下:「團隊工作士氣」。α=8561 ,「與民眾互動關係」。α=.7811 ,「體育場景觀設施」。α=.8906,「體育場交通狀況」。α=7698 以及「體育場之運作」。α=.7726,均達可接受水準,其α值介於0.7689至0.8881之間。再透過 t 檢定任 (t-test)和單因子變異數分析(one-way ANONA)進行各假設之考驗,所有顯著水率認定α=.05為標準。其結果如下:1.在性別方面對都會型公立體育場整體營運績效評估指標認知的重要程度上無顯著差異。2 .在不同教育程度及年齡方面對都會型公立體育場整體營運績效評估指標認知的重要程度上,僅於「與民眾互動關係」此層面,達顯著水率。3.在不同職業方面對都會型公立體育場整體營運績效評估指標認知的重要程度上,在「體育場硬體設施」與「體育場交通狀況」兩層面,達顯著水率。而研究者對都會型公立體育場之建議為: 1.運用營運績效評估指標檢視體育場之運作。2.加強宣傳提昇體育場之形象。3.體育場應增加與民眾互動機會並重視景觀設施之維護。
The purpose of the study was to establish the indicators of operation al performance evaluation for city public stadium. To examine the people who used the facilities in the city public stadium (600 subjects were investigated). The questionnaire was finished in two weeks, and the collected data was analyzed by Cronbanch a-test. The result as the sheet of measurement as follows: “Work and Service Attitude” α=.8561,”Interactions with Citizens” α=.7811,”Stadium Facilities” α=.8906,”Stadium Traffic conditions” α=.7698, and “Stadium Operation” α=.7726. Finally, using t-test and one-way ANONA tested the assumptions. To sum up, a) User’s gender had no effect the recognition degree of stadium operation performance evaluation indicators. b) There was a significant difference on the recognition degree of “Interaction with Citizens” among users with difference ages and educational degrees. c) There were significant on the recognition degrees of “Stadium Facilities and Stadium Traffic Conditions among users of difference occupations. And there were three aspects to propose the city public stadium: a) To use the indicators of operation performance evaluation controlled the works of stadium. b) To insist the advertisements advanced the image of stadium. c) The stadium should increase the opportunities in interaction with citizens and consider to protect the environments of stadium.
