摘要

長期暴露於放射線能導致各種皮膚及器官疾病包括癌症。放射線造成皮膚麟狀上皮細胞癌的案例並不常見，尤其是於職場上。一位長期使用放射線來做診斷和治療的技術員，因為長期暴露於放射線而導致放射線皮膚炎，病理檢查發現是麟狀上皮細胞癌，於本科行廣泛性切除術及植皮術。手術後恢復良好的手部功能。
從這案例我們強調在長時間操作放射線時必須有適當的保護，謹慎監測暴露量及定期接受體檢。

Radiation exposure may induce skin and organic diseases including cancers. Squamous cell carcinoma of skin caused by ionizing radiation was not common especially in occupational field. A case of radiologic technologist was presented here with a radiation dermatitis of his hand which induced by long term of ionizing radiation exposure while diagnostic examinations and therapeutic procedures. The pathology of wound had proved to be squamous cell carcinoma, and he then received wide excision and skin graft at our hospital. The functional outcome was satisfactory and he returned to work with no handicap. From this case, appropriate protections was emphasized for lengthy procedure while working under possible ionizing radiation as well as careful monitoring and periodic examinations were strongly recommended.
