Nipple Reconstruction for Complication of Reduction Nippleplasty-A Case Report
重建乳頭縮小術後的併發症－病例報告
摘要
乳頭肥大是大家非常熟悉的一個疾病。無論男性或者是女性，乳頭肥大可以導致社會行為和心理層面的種種問題產生。有幾種乳頭縮小術曾經在論文上被報告過。有的方法是降低乳頭的高度而沒有改變它的直徑，有方法是同時降低乳頭的高度和它的直徑。這些術式時常造成各種的併發症。我們這次報告的病例，接受“不知名”的乳頭縮小整形手術而導至乳頭幾乎不見的併發症。我們利用三個乳腺管周邊纖維皮辦，成功的塑造新的乳頭，得到醫病雙方都滿意的結果。

Hypertrophy of the nipple is a known, but rare condition. It can lead to social and psychological problems in both sexes. Surgical correction is the method of treatment of this condition. Several methods of reduction have been described. Some methods reduce the height of the nipple with no change in diameter, other methods were proposed to reduce both the height and the width of the nipple. All these methods have in common been rather complicated and time consuming. In this report, we describe using the three periductal dermofibrous flaps that was easily accomplished and provided a good functional and aesthetic correction for the complication of reduction nippleplasty.
