大豆品種油脂酸價、碘價、皂化價與農藝性狀之相關

Associations among Acid Value, Iodine Value, Saponification Value and Agronomic Traits in Soybean Cultivars

摘要


本試驗以14個大豆品種為材料,探討油脂酸價、碘價、皂化價與農藝性狀之變異,並藉由相關分析、因素分析和主成份分析深入了解各性狀間的關係。其試驗結果如下: 在春、秋兩期作株高、主莖節數、主莖莢數、分枝節數、分枝莢數和百粒重在品種間有顯著性差異。春作酸價和皂化價在品種間有顯著性差異,秋作則無品種間顯著性差異。在相關分析方面,春作大豆碘價和皂化價、主莖莢數,株高和主莖節數、主莖莢數,分枝數和分枝莢數呈極顯著正相關,主莖莢數和分枝莢數呈顯著正相關。酸價和分枝數,碘價、分枝莢數和百粒重呈極顯著負相關,酸價和分枝莢數,主莖節數和主莖莢數,主莖莢數和百粒重呈顯著負相關。秋作大豆碘價和皂化價間呈極顯著正相關,株高、主莖節數和主莖莢數兩兩之間呈極顯著正相關,分枝數和分枝莢數之間呈極顯著正相關,皂化價和分枝數呈顯著正相關,而分枝莢數和百粒重之間則呈顯著負相關。因素分析和主成分分析結果均顯示,14個大豆品種在春作及秋作,個別可分為四群和五群。因素分析顯示春作油分性狀和農藝性狀分於同一群,而秋作油分性狀與農藝性狀分於不同群。選拔油分性狀時應考慮不同期作間的環境差異。

Fourteen cultivars of soybean were used as materials to study the variation of acid value, iodine value, saponification value and agronomic characters. Correlation analysis, factor analysis and principal component analysis were used to discuss the associations of characters. Results were summarized as follows: Plant height, node no. of main stem, pod no. of main stem, branch no., pod no. of branch and 100-seed weight showed significant difference among the varieties in both spring crop and fall crop. Acid value and saponification value were showed significant difference among the varieties only in spring crop. Results of phenotypic correlation coefficients indicated that strong positive correlation existed between iodine value and saponification value, pod no. of main stem; plant height and node no. of main stem, pod no. of main stem; branch number and pod no. of branch and positive correlation existed between pod no. of main stem with pod no. of branch in spring crop. Strong negative correlation existed between acid value and branch number; iodine value, pod no. of branch with 100-seed weight and negative correlation existed between acid value and pod no. of branch; node no. of main stem with pod no. of main stem; pod no. of main stem with 100-seed weigh in spring crop. Strong positive correlation existed between iodine value and saponification value, plant height with node no. of main stem, pod no. of main stem; node no. of main stem and pod no. of main stem; branch number and pod no. of branch, and positive correlation between saponification value and branch number. Negative correlation existed between pod no. of branch and 100-seed weight in fall crop. Fourteen varieties, by factor analysis and by principal component analysis were in spring crop and divided into five groups in fall crop. By factor analysis, oil characters and agronomic characters divided into the same group in spring crop, but oil characters and agronomic characters divided into different group in fall crop. To Select oil characters, need to think about environmental difference.
