摘要

如果和平論述不能發展出一種可以與國家對話的其他身分，來與國家平等地共同面對戰爭，而始終是在國際關係的戰爭前提之下參與對話，則不能有效反省戰爭的意義。本文的目標，是希望將和平論述的主體自國家身分的封鎖中解放出來，並進一步開創新的、不斷出現的和平主體，從而將和平從國家之間的非戰狀態，或任何兩個同質本體之間的無衝突狀態，延伸成為異己之間相互轉換認可的倫理關係，不再相互忽略滅絕，甚至在這樣的倫理關係中，還蘊含各種機緣，可
以演化出新的和平主體。

In the international relations literature, war and peace together reproduce the ontology of state to the extent that all the other forms of existence have no identities to be presented. This paper discusses peace as an ethical relationship among different forms of ontology. This enlarged notion of peace does not consider peace as short of war among nations. Rather, peace is a mode of communication to know the unknown.
