摘要

直拍橫打技術即是直拍反面進攻技術，這項打法技術結合有直拍的特徵和橫拍的特點，是中國桌球運動員近年來積極發展的一項反面擊球技術，此項技術強化了直拍打法的球路，也解決了傳統直拍反拍攻擊力不足的問題。本文通過分析研究直拍橫打的技術特徵，提出了具體的系統性直拍橫打技術教學訓練方法，及訂定出直拍橫打各項擊球動作特性，防止發生錯誤的技術動作，以供國內教練及選手訓練參考之用途。

The reverse pen-hold backhand stroke skill is the reverse side stroke skill for pen-hold grip. The skill combines the characteristics of pen-hold grip and shake-hand grip. It is a reverse side stroke skill developed positively by Chinese table tennis players in the recent years. The reverse pen-hold backhand stroke skill not only strengthened the pen-hold grip skills, but also overcome the problem of backhand weakness for traditional pen-hold grip players. This study analyzed the characteristics of pen-hold backhand stroke skill, and offered systematical training methods of pen-hold backhand stroke skill. This study defined the characteristics of pen-hold backhand stroke skill and prevented from wrong skills. The study could provide coaches and players to understand the training methods of pen-hold backhand stroke skill.
