輪椅籃球不同推進方式對上肢肌群之肌電圖分析

Surface EMG Analysis of Upper Limb Muscles by Using Different Wheelchair Basketball Propulsion Techniques

摘要


本研究在探討輪椅籃球四種不同推進方式(握外框短推、握外框長推、握雙框短推以及握雙框長推)在直線加速和S型過彎時對於上肢作用肌群積分肌電(iEMG)以及不同體位分級點數選手間的差異情形。14名現役輪椅籃球國家代表隊培訓選手為受試對象(平均年齡27.84±5.69歲,平均球齡7.35±5.23年,平均體重72.0±7.45公斤,體位分級點數由2到4.5),以Biovision肌電訊號量測系統(1,000Hz)收集上肢作用肌群之肌電訊號,計算每人全部運動時間的積分肌電並進行差異比較。結果顯示在直線加速時,不同推進方式的積分肌電在伸腕肌、曲腕肌、胸大肌、肩夾肌與後背菱形肌達顯著差異(p<0.5),經事後比較以握外框短推方式明顯小於其他推進方式;在S形過彎時,不同推進方式的積分肌電並無達顯著差異,但握雙框方式的積分肌電均小於握外框方式;在不同體位分級點數選手的比較中,不同推進方式的積分肌電在伸腕肌、肱二頭肌與肩夾肌達顯著差異。由研究結果看出在直線加速時,選手可以嘗試使用積分肌電較低的握外框短推,以適應長時間且使用頻繁的推進動作,而在不同體位分級方面,教練應加強點數較低選手推進動作的主要作用肌群,避免運動傷害與快速疲勞,以提升比賽時的整體表現。

This study investigated the muscular activation of upper limbs on different classification (points) wheelchair basketball players by using four different propulsion techniques (single rim pump, double rim pump, single rim circular and double rim circular) during straight acceleration and S-turn. Fourteen national wheelchair basketball players were served as subjects (age 27.84±5.69 yr, playing year 7.35±5.23 yr, weight 72.0±7.45 kg, classification (points) from 2-4.5) in this study. Biovision system was used to collect the data from eight muscles on upper limbs. There were significant differences in flexor carpi, extensor carpi, pectoralis major, scapula and rhomboideus muscles during straight acceleration. Single rim pump techniques showed smaller iEMG than others and there were no significant differences in S-turn test. But using double rim technique, iEMG was smaller than single rim technique, high classification (points) players had significant smaller average of iEMG on the extensor carpi, bicipital and scapula muscles. From these findings it was concluded that players can try to use single rim pump during straight acceleration and try to use double rim during S-turn to adapt protracted basketball game, and coaches should focus on the specific training of the main active muscles for lower classification (points) players to enhance the team performance.
