大陸田徑“教練員崗位培訓”制度之探討

摘要

筆者參加大陸「2003年高級田徑教練員崗位培訓」，在為期一個月的密集研習期間，透過任課教授的介紹，以及學員問的相互交流，使筆者對大陸競技訓練制度與環境，有了進一步的認識。本文將就此次研習所瞭解之大陸「教練員崗位培訓」制度、「高級田徑教練員崗位培訓」內容、以及對競技訓練事務的感想等，做初步的介紹與探討。兩岸由於制度上的差異，我們可能無法建立類似大陸「教練崗位培訓」如此龐大的教練制度與體系，但大陸在教練的分級制度、聘用、晉級、培訓與考核等，皆早已走過了一段漫長的調適階段，這對我國正在建立的「專任運動教練制度」，應有許多值得借鏡之處。

The author engaged in the 2003 High Level of Track and Field's Coach Accreditation Scheme for a month in China. Author improved his confidence in coaching skills by taking this coach accreditation courses, and would like to express and share this information with others. The purpose of this article was to introduce China's professional coach accreditation systems, coach accreditation courses, and their administrative affairs. There are very big differences between Chain and Taiwan in coach systems due to the different political system. China executed coach accreditation system, such as coach's levels, hiring, promotion, training, and evaluation for more than fifteen years. Therefore, author suggested that Taiwan can refer their executed experiences, take superior sections and use it in our professional coach systems, and make our system better.
