The purpose of this research is to explore soccer try-out participation and satisfaction of college students. The ”College Student Soccer Try-Out Experience and Satisfaction Survey” adopted a purposive sampling method, which randomly sampled students from I-Shou University to conduct the research. 300 surveys were issued out. 300 surveys were collected. The number of valid surveys was 268, which translate to 89.33% of effective return rate. The statistic methods used to analyze the survey data include Item Analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and SEM (structural equation modeling). The initial result shows that participating in soccer try-out for students in I-Shou University affected their satisfactory in learning (γ1=0.46, t=3.62, p<.05). The result met the statistical significant difference.
