華語教師跨文化能力培訓之省思

Reflection on the Development of Cross-cultural Competence in CSL Teacher Education

摘要


將文化融入華語師資培訓課程,基本上,已獲得華語教學界普遍的共識。然「文化」內涵甚豐,對於培訓時間有限,授課範圍寬闊的華語師資培訓課程而言,文化課程如何安排,以符合教師未來之需求,就成為培訓上應謹慎思考之重點。本文在此乃從跨文化角度對華語文化培訓進行了探討,除了強調跨文化培訓對教師所帶來之意義,並且也分析過去華語跨文化實施所出現之問題,以及建議今後跨文化培訓之幾種可行方式。期就此作為華語文化培訓上之參考。

It has become commonplace to state that the teaching of culture should not be alienated from language teacher education. Teaching culture has played a critical role in the construction of many CSL teacher education programs. Moreover, the issue of culture competence should be clarified and developed for CSL teachers. The aim of this study is to stress on the one hand the significance of cross-cultural competence. And on the other, it argues for a development of such competence in CSL teacher education. It is argued that professional preparation programs for CSL teachers can enable teachers to become more competent in CSL teaching and research by developing their cross-cultural competence.
