大專校院運動績優生單獨招生辦理現況之探討

摘要

本研究的主要目的在於對我國大專校院運動績優生單獨招生辦理現況作一初步探討，研究對象係依據教育部所公布辦理運動績優生單獨招生9所大專校院之體育室主任九位，並以質性研究方式為主，研究方法採訪談法，訪談的資料轉換為文字稿後，採分析的歸納予以分類，並採用質性研究中之「分析者三角測定法」以求得分類上之信度。經深入訪談後，研究結果得出三大類目：（一）實施現況方面：認為單獨招生的實施可帶動學校的運動風氣、發展特色運動專長、提供選手升學機會及培育優秀的選手以為國爭光；（二）面臨困難方面：所面臨最大的困擾是選手的課業問題，再來是選手與老師之間的溝通、某些甲組隊伍學校在比賽中形成優勢的情形及經費資助等問題；（三）未來發展方面:建議1.應該培育選手的第二專長，以為就業前作準備，並改變頭腦簡單、四肢發達的刻板印象2.各大專校院在辦理單獨招生時能有相關的配套措施，教育部才能核定辦理3.在甄試考試部分能夠加入一個客觀的術科測驗，以避免有選手搭便車的現象4.各大專校院應發展各校的重點運動項目，並且思考如何提供優惠福利來吸引更多優秀選手就讀。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the recruiting systems of elite athletes. This study looked into the current conditions, difficulties and future development of the recruiting systems of elite athletes into universities and colleges. Nine directors of the athletic departments of universities and colleges were selected and interviewed. Based on the qualitative research, the interview method was utilized to obtain data. After documenting the interview data, authors classified these documents by using theinduction method and utilized the analyzer-triangulation of the qualitative research to find the credibility of classifying. The findings based on the in-depth interview were presented as follows: 1. All universities and colleges hold positive comments and satisfaction toward the recruiting systems of elite athletes. 2. In terms of difficulties in the recruiting systems, the major problem is students’ study. Next problem is communication between athletes and teachers, and a few Division I teams dominated in the intercollegiate competition. Additionally, financial support also is an important concern. 3. In the aspect of future development, the results indicated that universities and colleges should provide student-athletes with the second-skill training for preparation of career plan. Next, all universities and colleges should equip with related systems for the recruiting system of elite athletes. Also, it is suggested that skill test is needed for the recruiting system of elite athletes. Finally, all universities and colleges should propose benefit-package for the sake of attracting more student-athletes.
