亂倫父親認知扭曲之研究

摘要

本研究旨在瞭解亂倫父親的成長過程與婚姻狀況，並嘗試歸納與探究亂倫父親在亂倫事件中所呈現出的認知扭曲。本研究採取質性研究的詮釋現象學研究派典，並使用半結構式深度訪談法，選取七位對親生女兒強制性交或強制猥褻而入獄服刑之亂倫父親進行研究。研究結果發現亂倫父親的早期成長過程對日後亂倫行爲的影響性不明顯；在婚姻中普遍存在程度不一的婚姻問題或壓力，且婚姻問題與現實壓力乃亂倫行爲之促發點；在亂倫事件中呈現出七種典型的認知扭曲，包括：與社會文化相關的認知扭曲、允許犯案的認知扭曲、削弱責任感的認知扭曲、否認的認知扭曲、對待被害子女的認知扭曲、報復心態、承認罪行的心態等。本文最後並根據研究發現建議對於亂倫父親進行認知扭曲之輔導與身心治療的矯治策略以及提升家庭與兩性教育。

This study attempts to examine seven Taiwanese incestuous fathers regarding how they were brought up and their marriage circumstances of. The aim is to explore the patterns of cognitive distortion presented in their incestuous offenses. By employing qualitative method of hermeneutic phenomenology, the results reveal that these incestuous fathers’ early growing experiences do not play an important factor with their incest offenses. Nonetheless, the troubled marriages and economic pressure do affect the motivation of their types of behavior. The findings of this research conclude seven patterns of cognitive distortion presented in their incestuous offense processes. In final, the positive correctional models of treatment for those incestuous fathers are suggested. The education on gender and marriage, family should be emphasized.
