比例閥參數對高負荷熱水器性能影響分析

The Effect of Proportional Valve on the Performance of High-Load Water Heater

摘要


本文研究比例閥參數對高負荷熱水器之影響分析。所使用燃氣為天然氣,比例閥參數本文所採用為:穩壓彈簧係數、瓦斯噴嘴孔徑。本文以穩壓彈簧係數和瓦斯噴嘴孔徑為操控變數,配合各種一次壓、燃氣入熱量以及比例閥控制電流,來實驗分析高負荷熱水器之二次壓的變化情形。從二次壓的變化情形,本文得到各種比例閥參數對高負荷熱水器之燃燒性能。由實驗結果顯示:當穩壓彈簧係數等於5.7g/mm時,仍會造成二次壓無法達到穩壓而導致高負荷熱水器燃燒不完全、浮火、黃端焰等現象產生。所以不適宜使用此值之穩壓彈簧於高負荷熱水器之比例閥中,適宜選用的穩壓彈簧係數為Ks=4.8g/mm或Ks=4g/mm。又從改變噴嘴孔徑當參數的實驗結果顯示:在相同入熱量及穩壓彈簧係數下,噴嘴孔徑由φ1.6mm增加至φ1.8mm時,此時比例閥出口壓力(即二次壓)會降低,其中以噴嘴孔徑為φ1.7mm時,其二次壓穩壓最好。綜合本實驗結果得知:在高負荷熱水器中,其穩壓彈簧係數以Ks=4g/mm與配合噴嘴孔徑φ1.7mm時,所得比例閥出口二次壓穩壓最好,亦即此參數在高負荷熱水器其燃燒性能最佳。

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the performance of the high-load water heater with parameters of the proportional valve. The fuels of natural gas are used in this experiment. The parameters about proportional valve are spring constant, nozzle orifice diameter. The effect of secondary pressure on high-load water heater with various first pressure, heat of input fuel, and control current are investigated. From the variations of secondary pressure, we can determine a set of suitable parameters of proportionl valve with stable burning for high-load water heater. The high-load water heater presented in this paper is a new type one with the advantage of higher efficieny, more safety, and lower air-pollution. From the experimental results show that the performance secondary pressure of high-load water heater is in the best conditions when the spring constant are Ks=4 g/mm and φ= 1.7 mm. Therefore, the optimum design of high-load water heater for proportional valve is Ks=4 g/mm and φ=1.7 mm.
