摘要

運動組織的形成與發展並非一朝一夕可成，它可能因為內部的組織文化或外部的威脅而消失，也可能園內部的優勢或外部的機會而成長，美國國家籃球協會的發展過程也有同樣的情形，而今該運動組織的發展全球注目，因此本研究的動機，在瞭解該運動組織球類賽會活動何以能在全球中發展？而又能達到高利潤之目標，其原因何在？因此本研究透過資料分析法，將重要的資訊加以彙整、分析，並做系統化整理，以達到本研究之以下目的，那緣起、運動組織、行銷、策略與成功因素與對本土籃球的影響與反思。期盼此研究能提供政府及國內體育運動團體作參考。

Building and developing a sport-organization is not easy and it always takes time. Sport-organization is usually affected by many factors which result in later association-fading or growing, included of any inside and outside advantage, disadvantage or threat. NBA, a worldwide spot light organization has the same situations above in its development, but now becomes a very successful basketball association. That is what the research tries to find out and also to explore the reasons how NBA could hold any basketball games and activities throughout the world which make largest profits in the same time. As a result, the study uses data-analyzing way to organize important info and arrange them systematically. Hopefully to find out the influence on our local basketball associations from NBA marketing, commercial policy and all the successful factors in order to provide much useful info valued to be applied in the future.
