Based on the health Promotion Model, the purpose of this study was to study regular exercise behavior in women. The method adopted in this study was cross-sectional survey. Matrix samplings were collected from 191 school-age children's mother of Dah-Iuen Elementary School in Chung-Ii City by self-administrated questionnaire. Product-moment correlation, one-way ANOVA were untlized the data. The main findings of this study were as follows: behavior with self-efficacy and perceived benefits of action positive correlated with the women regular exercise. The differences background of the subjects with perceived bamiers of action was significant.
