台北市高中職學生休閒內在動機、同儕關係、休閒參與及休閒無聊感之研究

A Study of the Intrinsic Leisure Motivation, Peer Relationship, Leisure Participation and Leisure Boredom among High School Students in Taipei.

摘要


本研究的主要目的在瞭解台北市高中職學生休閒內在動機、同儕關係、休閒參與及休閒無聊感之現況,並探討台北市高中職學生的休閒內在動機、同儕關係、休閒參與對休閒無聊感之影響。研究對象為台北市高中職四所學校之學生,採分層隨機抽樣,有效樣本為481名。資料分析方法包括描述統計、t考驗、皮爾遜積差相關分析與多元迴歸分析。研究結果發現:(一)目前台北市高中職學生在休閒內在動機發展上屬中等偏低的程度(M=3.32),而台北市高中職學生在休閒內在動機各層面發展的高低程度依序為「涉入程度」(M=3.64)、「承諾」(M=3.56)、「挑戰」(M=3.31)、「自我決定」(M=3.24)、「勝任能力」(M=3.21)。(二)目前台北市高中職學生在同儕關係發展上屬中等偏低的程度(M=3.43),而台北市高中職學生在同儕關係、各層面發展的高低程度依序為「友誼」(M=3.78)、「焦慮」(M=3.47)、「溝通」(M=3.42)、「依附」(M=3.20)、「擔憂」(M=2.93)。(三)目前台北市高中職學生在休閒參與發展上屬偏低的程度(M=2.55),而台北市高中職學生在休閒參與各層面發展的高低程度依序為「娛樂傳播」(M=3.40)、「心靈活動」(M=2.31)、「身體活動」(M=2.15)。(四)目前台北市高中職學生在休閒無聊感量表的分數分佈範圍由17-63,其整體休閒無聊感屬於中等偏低程度(M=41.01,SD=8.93)。(五)台北市高中職學生的休閒內在動機、同儕關係、及休閒參與和休閒無聊感呈現負相關。(六)台北市高中職學生在「休閒內在動機」、「同儕關係」、「休閒參與」能有效的預測其休閒無聊感。其中以「休閒內在動機」最能預測休閒無聊感。

The purpose of this study was to investigate intrinsic leisure motivation, peer relationship and leisure participation, leisure boredom of high school students in Taipei. Also the relationships among leisure boredom, intrinsic leisure motivation, peer relationship and leisure participation were examined. Subjects obtained via questionnaires with 418 students from 4 high schools by stratified random sampling. The instrument used for this study Leisure Boredom Scale, Instrinsic Motivation Scale, Peer Relationship Scale, and Leisure Participation Scale. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, Pearson Product-moment correlation analysis, and multiple regressions. The results showed: 1.The mean of intrinsic leisure motivation of high school students in Taipei is 3.32. The order of the sub-components of intrinsic leisure motivation of high school students in Taipei, according to priority, is involvement (M=3.64), commitment (M=3.56), challenge (M=3.31), self-determination (M=3.24) and competence (M=3.21). 2. The mean of peer relationship of high school students in Taipei is 3.41. The order of the sub-components of peer relationship of high school students in Taipei, according to priority, is friendship (M=3.78), anxiety (M=3.47), communication (M=3.42), dependence (M=3.20) and worry (M=2.93). 3.The mean of leisure participation of high school students in Taipei is 2.55. The order of the sub-components of leisure participation of high school students in Taipei, according to priority, is recreational media (M=3.40), spirit activity (M=2.31), body activity (M=2.15). 4.The leisure boredom scale of high school students in Taipei is between 17 to 63 and on the whole, the leisure is less (M=41.01, SD=8.93). 5.There are significant negative relationships of the intrinsic leisure motivation, peer relationship, leisure participation with leisure boredom among high school students in Taipei. 6.The leisure activity of high school students in intrinsic leisure motivation, peer relationship and leisure participation can predict the leisure boredom. The intrinsic leisure motivation is a main factor of predicting the leisure boredom.
