The purposes of this study were to investigate and analyses teenagers weight lifting players muscle strength and their total score on weight lifting. The subject of this study were teenagers weight lifting players at Kaohsiung total 19 male and 12 female. According to different part in body such as grip, back muscle, hand strength, waist, low limbs muscle strength and flexible test. Using SPSS for Windows to statistics describe data for the subject, t-test to compare gender different on strength and Pearson's product-moment correlation and Stepwise regression analysis to correlation test. The result for this study the teenagers weight lifting players muscle strength were no different expect back muscle strength (t=3.54, p=.002 <.05) and left hand grip (t=4.38, p=.1 <.05), right hand grip (t=4.11, p=.001<.05), (F=1.41, p=.235 >.05). It shows that the male and female were no different in muscle strength since weigh tanning. Take on individual variable on muscle strength to interpret male and female' muscle strength. it shows that hands strength for male (Beta=0.81), leg strength for female (Beta=1.16), were predictability to evaluate its performance. Therefore, in order to enhance the performance on the competition, enforce the upper extremity strength and lower extremity strength for male and female in daily practice.
