中國大陸運動員科學選材之回顧與展望

摘要

「運動員科學選材」是競技運動的開始，既是一個選拔優秀運動後備人才的過程，也是培養優秀運動人才和提高競技運動水準整個過程的一個重要環節。隨著2008年奧運會的申辦成功，在中國大陸國家科技部及體育總局的主導下，「2008年奧運科技工作行動計畫」和「十大研究領域」兩個計畫的出爐，揭開了備戰奧運的序幕。其中針對運動員科學選材領域（15項目），因此投入了大批的人力及物力來進行研究。由於讓學有專精的教授、博士與具有實際參與訓練工作的國家隊、省隊的各級教練們共同參與，使得理論與實際密切結合。筆者希望藉由中國所做的大規模選材研究成果來做為我們在擬定訓練計畫或選材的參考，應該是具有相當的意義及實用性。

”Scientific Identification of Sport Talents”, the corner stone of sport games, is a process of recruiting gifted athletes and a key to successful training them to reach a higher level of skills. In the wake of the run-up of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the General Administration of Sport jointly conducted the projects ”Scientific Act Plan of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games” and ”10 Research Fields”, which have unveiled a string of campaigns to secure victories in the Olympics. Accordingly, the 15 areas of the Scientific Identification of Sport Talents were brought under spotlight and have received much attention and support. It is supposed that with the extensive researches of China, we can move on much more readily with the drafting training plans and doing scientific identification of sport talents in Taiwan.
