九年一貫課程教師專業能力之研究:以健康與體育學習領域教師為例

A Study of Teachers' Professional Competency of Nine-Year Compulsory Curriculum: Take the Teachers of Health and Physical Education Learning Area as an Example

摘要


本研究目的:一、探討國民小學健康與體育學習領域教師專業能力之現況;二、了解不同背景變項之國民小學健康與體育學習領域教師專業能力之差異情形。研究對象以96學年度彰化縣國民小學健康與體育領域授課教師為研究母群,採立意抽樣,抽出27所學校之健康與體育學習領域教師,共發放180份問卷,回收有效問卷169份,回收有效率為94%。本研究將從文獻分析開始了解其重要概念及內涵,再以具體之實徵性調查為研究方法;並以吳子宏(2003)「九年一貫健康與體育領域教師專業能力內涵之因素分析研究」論文研究結果修訂「彰化縣國小健康與體育學習領域教師專業能力問卷」為研究工具。統計方法包括:描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析,顯著水準(α)皆定為.05。研究結果為:(一)彰化縣健體領域教師整體專業能力實際現況表現大致中等稍好,其中以「溝通協調能力」表現最好;以「學術研究能力」,表現較不理想。(二)男性教師的「體育」專業能力及「整體健康與體育」專業能力優於女性教師,但是在「健康教育」專業能力上並沒有差異。(三)「已婚或未婚」及「不同學校規模大小」在專業能力各層面上或整體健康與體育專業能力,都沒有差異。(四)體育或衛生相關系所組畢業的教師專業能力均比「非」體育或衛生相關系所組畢業的教師高。(五)專任教師的專業能力均比科任與級任導師為佳。根據研究結果與討論,本研究亦針對擔任健康與體育學習領域教師、教育主管單位和未來研究提出建議。

The purposes of this research were: first, to know the circumstances of the elementary school teachers' professional competence in Health and Physical Education Learning Area. Second, to analyze the differences among the selected demographic variables on elementary school teachers' professional competence in Health and Physical Education. This study took document analysis and inquiry methods. For deciding the sample and the sampling subjects were the 180 teachers of health and physical education learning area from Changhua County elementary school in 96 years. A total of 169 or 94% valid questionnaires were retrieved. Questionnaire designed by Wu (2003) and Revision was called ”Changhua County Elementary School Teachers' Professional Competence of the Health and Physical Education Learning Area Questionnaire”. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA and t-test. Statistical significance (α) was set at .05. The result was shown below: 1. The that Changhua County elementary school health and physical education teachers was medium fairly good, and the competence of linking up the coordination was the best, the competence of scholarly research was not ideal. 2. The male teachers' education profession competence was higher than the one of the female teachers on ”physical education and overall health and physical education profession competence” and there was no significant difference in ”health education profession competence”. 3. There were no significant difference on ”Married or unmarried” and ”different school scale size” in every profession competence planes. 4. To the ”physical education profession competence” and ”health profession competence”, ”and ”overall health and physical education profession competence ”teachers who graduated from the Health and Physical education subjects or interrelated subjects were significantly better than the non-ones. 5. The profession competence of the teachers who were working full time were significantly better than the subject teachers and the homeroom teachers. According to the result and the conclusion of this research, it also gives advices at the teachers of health and physical education learning area from Changhua County elementary school, education department and the futurology.
