簡易移動式動力噴霧架與傳統噴霧作業於設施玫瑰之比較研究

The Study of Operation Parameters of Mobile Spray Carrier and Conventional Spray on Protective Cultivation of Rose

摘要


背負式動力噴霧機之藥桶、動力噴霧幫浦、高壓噴管及噴桿等裝設於鍍錏圓管上,重量由二只實心橡膠輪承載,構成人力手拉式簡易動力噴霧架。二支噴桿直立向外側,將霧粒噴向二側植株,形成立體霧粒空間。於設施玫瑰田之試驗結果顯示,動力噴霧架之幫浦出口壓力為12 kg/cm^2,噴霧流量為5.0 L/min,20公升藥筒可持續作業4.2 min,作業效率為1.2 min/a,換算單位面積用水量為5.7 L/a。其葉面附著度大於70%等級之比率為89%;葉背之附著度大於40%等級之比率為78%。傳統人力手拉噴管作業之動力噴霧機幫浦出口壓力為30 kg/cm^2之噴霧流量為4.2 L/min,作業效率為1.3 min/a,單位面積用水量為5.6 L/a。其葉面噴霧附著度大於70%之比率為94%,葉背之附著度大於40%等級之比率為89%。二種方式的作業效率及單位面積用水量差異不大,皆為可接受。目視觀察水試紙上霧粒染色分佈及霧粒大小,二種方法間無明顯差異。動力噴霧架已經達到減輕手持噴桿及拖行噴管的不便,免除背負機體重量之辛勞,簡化噴霧作業,減少勞動傷害的危險。因此,開發具有行走動力的動力噴霧架,降低機體重心,提高藥桶容量,預期會有較高的作業效率。

The field trials of mobile spray carrier and conventional manual-sprayer were conducted on protective cultivation of rose. The mobile spray carrier was assembled by water tank, power driving pump, hoses and booms. Those components were mounted on steel tube frame and two wheels. Two booms were fastened on both left- and right-hand side vertically, and the 4 nozzles/boom faced to and sprayed droplets on the target plants. Experimental results showed that the spray carrier had 20 liters water tank, that could work for 4.2 minutes in 12 kg/cm^2, 5.0 L/min, and the spray performance per are were 1.2 min/a and 5.7 L/a. The droplets coverage were 89% above 70% level on the upper side surfaces of the leaves, 78% above 40% level on the under side surfaces of the leaves. Another method was conventional manual-sprayer, the operator handles the boom and liquid hose within distance, that could work in 30 kg/cm^2, 4.2 L/min, and the spray performance per are were 1.3 min/a and 5.6 L/a. The droplets coverage were 94% above 70% level on the upper side surfaces of the leaves, 89% above 40% level on the under side surfaces of the leaves. The operation performances of water consumption per are, the droplets size and distribution of both methods were compared visually were similar. The mode of mobile spray carrier can release the load of hand for swaying boom and body for pulling hose, and the carrier weight is load on the wheels that can further decrease injury for working. If the mobile spray carrier can be improved to have own propelling power, lower the center of gravity and use bigger water tank, which will further improve the spray performance.
