摘要

濕地是人類文明的搖籃。現代文明已呈現疲態，基於生態的承載量及中國文化的儒、道、禪生存哲理來建構新的“五位一體”，著眼於全面建成小康社會、實現社會主義現代化和中華民族偉大復興。生態文明的建構要強調自然教育，仿孔子的三人行必有我師，強化寧靜地直觀體驗自然，傳承東西方科學方法，合併傳統的在地智慧，瞭解當地生態特色，以因應如全球氣候變遷及生態的修復，人們要做個健康 快樂的大地修復者。身爲物，心爲識，要先求個人的身心合一的小康；生態爲物，不破壞生態的經濟發展爲意識，才得以求得環境和社會和諧的小康社會，更進而天人合一，再現大同。

Wetland is the cradle of human civilization. Modern civilization is heading down due to depletion of natural resources. Based on the ecological carrying capacities and the traditional Chinese living philosophy, integration of Confucianism, Taoism and Zen to establish a new holistical “Five in One” is necessary. This approach focuses on establishment of a moderately prosperous society, modernization of socialism and achievement of great renaissance of Chinese. Implementation of ecological civilization has to emphasize on natural education; follow Confucius analects of “Walking in a company of three”; to strengthen natural sensation under serenity and by intuition; to foster Eastern and Western scientific methods and to respect local traditional knowledges. Understanding local ecological settings is crucial as that provides local solutions to the consequences of global changes and makes ecological restoration practical. Everyone is expect to work happily on restoration. Physical body makes out of materials while mind creates consciousness. Parallely, ecology serves as fundamental materials while development of economy without damaging ecological systems makes good consciousness. A person requires his own health on both of body and mind, then a moderately prosperous society can be established. Beyond this stage, a harmonic state between heaven and mankinds will be led toward Society of Great Harmony.
