研究目的: 近年來由於全民健保的財務壓力以及實施總額支付制度,醫院管理逐漸思索策略上的變革,過去有許多針對醫院績效之文獻,但少有研究以實務的角度探討策略執行方法對於醫院績效之影響,本研究主要是在補充過去研究之醫院策略經營面之議題。 方法: 本研究將策略執行方法分為二面向:分別為社區發展策略以及社區發展策略。本研究以探討台北地區某地區教學醫院,該醫院目前現有675床。本研究針對主管及專科經理人共發出120份問卷,最終回收69份,回收率為57.5%。本研究將使用描述性分析、t檢定、one-way ANOVA、複迴歸分析針對回收資料做出統計分析。 結論: 1.多數樣本對於醫院策略執行均有正面之認知。 2.在人口統計學變項中,包含教育程度、職業、職等對於策略執行認知在統計上達顯著差異。 3.新醫院在營運初期重視行銷及形象塑造有助於醫院績效之提升。 4.研究結果發現,社區發展策略及行政發展策略對於醫院業務量績效表現有顯著之影響。 建議: 1.新設醫院經營建議品質與行銷並重。 2.建議為來研究者加入質性研究對醫院策略做更深入的探討。
Objectives: Due to financial pressure from the national health insurance and the implementation of the global budget payment system, the hospital administrators has seeking better strategies to cope with these changes. Although the literature of hospital performance is plentiful, rare studies have investigated the relationship between strategies implements of new hospital and operation performance. The study aims to supplement the understanding of the issue. Methods: This study divides strategy-implements into two types: the community development strategy and administration development strategy. This cross-sectional study investigated a Local Community Teaching Hospital in Taipei with 675 beds. This study sends structured questionnaires to120 supervisors and project managers. The final sample size was 69, with response rate of 57.5%. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression were used to analysis data. Results: The results of the study are as follows: 1. Most respondents hold positive perspectives toward strategy-implement. 2. Perspectives on strategy-implement are significant different among various demography variable include education, occupation and position. 3. Stressing on marketing and image astablish in initial stage of running a new hospital can greatly improve the performance. Suggestion: 1. The new hospital operating must give attention to both quality and marketing. 2. The auther suggest that researcher in the future could use qualitative methods to further discuss the hospital strategies management.
