摘要


推動TPM提昇企業績效之實證研究-以機械業為例 研究生:劉銘源 指導教授:鄭春生 博士 元智大學 工業工程與管理研究所 摘要 國內企業以往不惜鉅資投入各種先進新穎的設備,但是設備總合效率卻沒有達到國際水準,因而使勞動生產力偏低,人工成本高在競爭激烈的國際市場中居於不利,要扭轉這種劣勢,開創未來格局,藉設備投資改善的幫助不大,應積極地運用各種管理方式,改善及提高其經營管理體質,使企業能成長發展,永續經營。企業導入各種管理活動的結果,除了具有提昇產品品質,降低成本及縮短交期的效果之外,另一方面,廠內生產設備的運用比例愈來愈高,整個生產活動愈來愈依賴設備。因此,以設備管理為中心的企業經營活動,將扮演更為重要的角色,導入 TPM 全面生產管理制度,對於提昇企業的績效,建構競爭優勢有非常正面的幫助。 本研究中以機械製造業個案公司為實證對象,在經由導入 TPM 生產管理改善活動,而獲得不錯的成效。透過本研究所得之實證結果,推導出 TPM 生產管理成功推動的實務架構以及導入的優先順序。做為日後企業在推動改善活動時的參考依據,並且能獲得到事半功倍之成效,真正落實、強化產業的經營體質。

As a result, the output of physical labor is low and the cost of labor is high. It is an undesirable situation in the competitive international market. In order to solve this problem, enterprises should try to introduce some methods of management instead of investing in the equipment. The management activities not only improve the product quality, decrease cost and curtail delivery, but also enhance the utility of procreation equipment. At that time, the procreation activities become highly rely on the equipment and the equipment management activities will play an important role of the enterprise. Introducing the TPM (total productive management) system is good for increasing the performance of business and constructing the superiority of competition. This study investigated a real case of a mechanical manufacturing which has an excellent performance after introducing the TPM action. Through a verification result of this case study, reason out a execute framework of advance success in TPM production management and introduction order. To make reference of a business advance improvement activity, and obtain the yield twice the result with half the effort, real execute, to strengthen business physique of an industry.
