青少年手機使用行為與手機依賴之研究—以桃園縣國中生為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討青少年手機使用行為與手機依賴現況及其相關因素。以分層隨機抽樣方式,對桃園縣480位國中生進行問卷調查,有效問卷回收率為96.25%。收集樣本資料以描述性統計、卡方檢定、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等方法來進行統計分析。本研究發現如下:最常使用手機的地點是家裡;最常通話對象為同學朋友;手機使用經驗為3年(含)以上;每月手機費用為300元(含)以下;每天使用手機的時間以10分鐘以內為最多。桃園縣國中生已有部分學生出現手機依賴現象。在手機使用行為方面,因其性別、年級、學業成績、零用錢及家庭社經地位而有所差異。在手機依賴方面,因其性別、學業成績、零用錢及家庭社經地位而有所差異。手機使用動機與手機依賴呈現中度正相關,其中以社會性使用動機與手機依賴的相關程度最高。根據研究發現,本研究建議國中生應注意是否已有手機依賴現象產生,以減緩手機所造成的影響;家長需多留心子女手機使用狀況,並共同約定手機使用規則;學校教師可將手機安全使用觀念納入課程內容並搭配生活實例,使學生懂得尊重他人及養成正確手機使用習慣及態度。

This study aimed at exploring young people's mobile-phone-use behavior and its dependence and the related factors. In a stratified random sampling, we conducted a questionnaire survey on 480 junior high school students in Taoyuan County with a valid response rate 96.25%. The methodologies we use in data collection are descriptive statistics, chi-square test, t test, single factor ANOVA and Peason product-moment correlation and others methods for statistical analysis. The findings of this study show that: most commonly used mobile phones are at home; people most commonly are classmates and friends; years of experience in using mobile phones are of more than 3 years (included); monthly phone fees are NT 300 dollars (included); the daily-use time of mobile phones is 10 minutes or less. The junior high school students in Taoyuan County have become somewhat in dependence on mobile phones.At the aspect of mobile phones-use behavior, there are differences due to gender, grade, academic performance, pocket money, family and social & economic status. At the aspect of mobile phone dependence, there are differences due to gender, academic achievement, pocket money, family and social & economic status. The motivation of mobile phones use is moderately and favorably correlated with the mobile phone dependence; in which the motivation of mobile phone social use is the most highly correlated with the mobile phone dependence. The findings of this study show that whether there is a phone dependence occurring, junior high school students should pay attention to the proper use of mobile phones so as to reduce its impact. In addition, parents need to pay attention to their children’s use of mobile phones, and mutually agreements must be made in the use of mobile phones. Furthermore, school teachers may include the safe use of mobile phone into the curriculum and combine it with examples in everyday life. Consequently, students may learn how to respect others and develop their good habits and right attitudes in the use of mobile phones.
