台灣鞋材物流業服務創新之研究

摘要


近年由於國際原物料與能源價格波動劇烈,及全球性金融緊縮風暴,我國企業所面臨之挑戰更形嚴峻。全球化競爭的時代,不斷創新、求變已是企業尋求經營勢在必行之途徑。服務創新(Service Innovation)已儼然成為服務性產業當前的一項重大革新議題,依行政院主計處之統計,2007年台灣GDP產出比重農業僅有1.8%,工業為24.6%,服務性產業卻已高達73.3%;就業結構則分別為5.9%、35.8%及58.3%。由以上數字的變化觀之,清楚顯示台灣三級產業的生產及就業結構,均已漸轉向以服務為主的發展型態,顯見台灣已漸從農業、工業的台灣,邁向服務的台灣。而原屬勞力密集的台灣鞋材物流業,自也隨經濟風向潮流,成為服務業的一環,然營運成敗除受外在環境的景氣影響,著實受其『服務創新』之影響甚鉅。 服務創新雖為當前台灣鞋材物流業急於涉入的一個新興領域,但實際的應用以及發展研究仍付之闕如。先前雖有各類產業,已對此新興議題涉入,但對於服務創新的研究內涵及其詮釋方向與釐清認知上仍嫌不足。植基於此,本研究在其內容,運用了文獻探討、因素分析、專家訪談 等方法。在建構衡量模式階段,提供多元指標,並運用驗證性因素分析、信效度分析、AHP(Analytic hierarchy process, AHP)計算出各構面之權重。綜合上述可知,本研究採用了質與量化之並用方式。研究結果顯示,台灣鞋材物流業服務創新以「遞送流程之新穎度」中的「顧客需求資訊化」最為要;「服務修正」中以「顧客適應性與需求」最為要;「服務對市場之新穎度」中以「開發創新服務」最為要;「服務對公司之新穎度」以「新產品開發條件」最為要。 關鍵詞:台灣鞋材物流業、服務創新、因素分析法、層級分析法

In recent years, since the price of raw materials and energy fluctuated dramatically simultaneously with the global financial crisis, domestic enterprises would thus face even tougher challenges. It was imperative for enterprises to make continuous innovations in the era of global competition. Service innovation had attracted attention as a crucial and revolutionary topic for service industry. According to statistics done by Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, Executive Yuan, it showed that the proportions of Taiwan’s GDP in 2007 were 1.8% for agriculture industry, 24.6% for industrial industry and a high proportion of 73.3% for service industry, followed by an employment structure of 5.9%, 35.8% and 58.3% respectively. From the numerical changes above, it clearly showed that the production and employment structure for each industry in Taiwan had gradually transformed into the service-oriented development. Taiwan had gone through the industrial transition, and stepped into the era of service industry. Therefore, the labor-intensive shoes material industry of Taiwan also followed the trend, and became one part of the service industry. However, despite the external economic factors, the success or failure of operation was significantly determined by “service innovation.” Though shoes material industry in Taiwan was eager to enter the emerging field of service innovation, the practical application and researches were not yet developed completely. Several industries had confronted with such emerging topic, it was still lacking of clear research content, exploring direction, and perception clarification upon service innovation. Accordingly, this research adopted methods of literature review, factor analysis and expert interview to consolidate research content, and simultaneously provided multiple indices in establishing the measurement model through adopting confirmatory factor analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), in order to determine the weight of each dimension. Comprehensively, the research result was gained from both qualitative and quantitative approaches, and it showed that in service innovation for shoes material industry in Taiwan, “informationalization of customer needs” was the most significant factor in “novelty of service delivery process”, “adaptability and demand of customer” was the most significant factor in “service modification”, “development of innovative service” was the most significant factor in “novelty of service toward market” while the most significant factor in “novelty of service toward enterprise” was the “developing condition of new product.” Keyword : Taiwan's Shoes Material Industry, Service Innovation, Factor Analysis, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP )
