摘要

我們已發展一套資訊物件系統，用於保存及管理長期有效的數位內容，以供資訊分享，一個資訊物件包含了在應用上所需要之資料以及處理資料的方法。
在本論文中，我們論述在資訊物件系統中組合基本資訊物件成一個複合資訊物件之設計，複合資訊物件具有可攜性及可擴充性，且可以被引用在許多資訊應用之場合。我們將陳述資訊物件組合之機制及相關問題。

We have developed an information object system targeting at the preservation and sharing of long-life digital contents. An information object is an entity that encapsulates the required data and methods in a unit.
In this paper we present the design of the system function to create a compound information object by composing some basic information objects. A compound information object is a portable and extensible unit that can serve for various kinds of applications in information services. We will present the mechanisms and the related issues in the composition of information objects.
