摘要

易經博大經深，在中華千年古文化之中，便已被奉為群經之首，大道之源，同時也為中國哲學之本源，其奧旨在於研究宇宙根本原理與現象，闡明宇宙間人生變化之法則與運用之方法，進而教導人們如何修身養性之一門學問，亦即由人事而明人道，更由明人道而通天道，將宇宙造化之原理原則，引申運用至社會現象，以達究天人合一之境際，通古今之變，形成一套能師法天地的內聖外王之聖賢哲學。
易經雖是中華千年古文化的產物，但現已不再是中國人的使用專利，易經文化透過華人的移民以及西洋學者飄洋過海的取經，因此今日的易經文化已經遍怖於全世界，甚至有中華子民移民到西方世界，經歷創業與經營企業之艱苦，最後並將易經文化運用於企業管理之實務上，結果成效頗豐，尤以人力資源管理運作方面更是得心應手。
易經是將宇宙天地萬物的自然法則，與人類生活行為合為一體，為解釋萬物無窮變化的哲理。其旨在人生哲理及與天文、地理、政經、兵略、中醫、堪輿、相學、命理、仙學與倫理、經營管理等各方面的應用與研究，也是為人處世安身立命之準則。其基本原理為創易、變易、不易、簡易、交易。並可應用於梅花易數、陽宅學、姓名學、子平學、紫微斗數、奇門遁甲、中醫上。其中易經姓名學對中華文化與人類之命運有著相輔相成的關係，其文字也儲存了來自浩瀚宇宙與大自然中神奇的能量，此乃中華子民千古年來的福蔭。

I-Ching has been regarded as the leading work and origin of the ancient wisdom books in the Chinese culture with thousand-years history, it is the beginning of Chinese philosophy, which focuses on the fundamental principles and phenomenon, to illustrate the rules of change in human lives, to further develop human beings in their mental states. That is, to learn the life path through daily lives, and to reach for the natural rules through own life paths, to apply the principle of the universe to social phenomenon, to reach the state of nature-human in one, to comprehend the changes from the path to the future, and establish a sacred philosophy to learn from the nature.
Though I-Ching was developed from Chinese ancient culture, it is no longer limited to use by Chinese people. Through Asian immigrants and foreign scholars with interests, the content of I-Ching has been disseminated to all around the world. Some Chinese people immigrated to the West, facing all the toughness of running an enterprise, as they applied I-Ching to business management, they can finally achieve great performance, especially in the field of human resources management.
I-Ching combines the natural rule of the universe with human daily life, to explain the nonstop changes of everything on earth. I-Ching is applied and research on fields of astronomy, geography, political economic, war strategy, Chinese medicine, geomancy, physiognomy, numerology, regimen and business management, as well as a principle of how we deal with daily lives. The basic principles included Creation, Change, Exchange, Unchange and Easiness. I-Ching can also apply to Plum I, Geomancy for House, Anthroponymy, Zih-Ping, Chinese Astrology, Ji Men Duan Jia and Chinese Medicine. In which the anthroponymy supports the Chinese culture and human destiny, the characters of Chinese also stores the magical energy from the universe and nature, which forms a basis of happiness for the Chinese.
