生產效率提升能力是當前ITO導電玻璃製造商競爭力的決定性因素之一,但直到現今,還沒有任何適當的理論被提出用以改善ITO導電玻璃的問題,然而經驗證從生產模式所獲得的資訊對於ITO導電玻璃的製造商實能夠提供有用的建議和改善方案,也就是說,生產模式的建構與製程參數的影響性,對於ITO導電玻璃產業的生產績效而言,將會是一個必需被重視的課題。 在本研究中,提出了結合資料包絡分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis,簡稱DEA)及麥氏指數(Malmquist Index),來達成生產效率模式的建構,找出影響產業生產的主要關鍵因素,進一步找出產線線別之間的優、劣勢,再針對劣勢提出改善的方向,藉以落實ITO導電玻璃廠的管理功能,提升產線產能利用率,並在實例說明中,套用ITO導電玻璃鍍膜製造商的實際生產資料,用以驗證我們所提出的模式,提供營運決策之參考,藉以提升營運效率,落實管理功能,以強化公司體質。
The ability to increase production efficiency is one of the decisive factors of ITO glass manufacturers’ competitiveness. However, suitable theories have not yet been proposed for improving the problems of ITO glass, but data acquired from production model can indeed provide ITO glass manufacturers useful suggestions and improvement solutions. In other words, the structure of production model and the influence of manufacturing process parameters will be an issue to be valued for the production performance of ITO glass industry. This study proposes a combination of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Malmquist Index for accomplishing the construction of production efficiency model to find the key factor affecting industrial production and the merits and demerits between different production lines. A direction for improvement is then proposed to carry out management function of ITO glass plant for increasing capacity utilization rate of production line. Through case examples, this study uses actual production data of ITO glass film manufacturers to test and verify our model for provision of reference for operation decisions, so that operation efficiency may be increased and management function may be carried out to strengthen the company.
