現代廚房空間創新應用初探

摘要


人們皆面臨著生活繁忙、科技與經濟等壓力,家人彼此相處的時間已不多,在家中的基本行為,若要說能共同進行的應該只剩用餐,且相關文獻提出在家中廚房烹煮,可達到精神上的療癒且具有正向轉化功能。 綜觀台灣住宅空間廚房的時代背景、人、家用電器、物理環境、物流配送、社會價值,都滲透出一種草根性的原始思維,我們正從「求生存」邁向「求生活」的文化意識。本研究主要目的希望廚房空間能藉由平面設計納入新思維,來提升其幸福感的勞作空間。 本研究將透過文獻回顧來瞭解廚房的演化過程、探討現代廚房空間的表徵來分析大環境對廚房平面配置的影響、創意生活產業的概念檢討現代廚房空、再以實際案例分析「原始設計」與「二次設計」的差異及優缺點;最後將以改善設計實例做為理論的實質轉譯。 廚房漸漸地由大家庭式配合大型廚具的時代,轉變為『只剩下小規模的做菜節奏』的新生活空間,現代廚房的改造猶如創意生活產業一樣,是一種新興的空間概念,希望藉室內空間的整合,從過去的著重烹煮食物轉變為多功能的複合式空間,以提升廚房的附加價值,使空間具有『主動』式聯繫情感的功能,來滿足人們”求生活”的渴望。

People are faced with a busy life, science and technology and economic pressures, family members have little time to spend with each other, the basic behavior in the home, to say that this can only be carried out jointly dining, and relevant literature suggests that cooking at home kitchen, You can achieve spiritual healing and has a positive transformation function. Looking at Taiwan residential space kitchen background, people, household appliances, physical environment, logistics and distribution, social values, are permeated with a kind of primitive thinking grassroots, we are from "survival" towards "seeking life" cultural awareness. The main purpose of this study hope kitchen space can be incorporated into the new thinking in graphic design, to enhance the well-being of its labor space. In this study, to learn through literature review of the evolution of the kitchen to discuss characterize modern kitchen space to analyze the impact of the environment on the kitchen planar configuration, the concept of creative life industry review of modern kitchen empty, then the actual case studies "original design" and differences and advantages and disadvantages of "second design"; and finally will improve as a design example of the essence of the theory of translation. Gradually, the family-style kitchen with a large kitchen era, into a "only small cooking rhythm" of the new living space, transforming modern kitchen like the creative industries, like life, is a new concept of space in the hope that integration of interior space, the added value from the past emphasis on cooking food into multi-functional composite space to upgrade the kitchen, so that space has a "proactive" emotional connection type function, to meet the people "seeking life" desire.
