本研究之目的在瞭解「結案」對於家庭維繫服務社工之意義為何?有哪些因素推動及阻絆了家庭維繫服務社工員的結案過程?社工進行家庭維繫服務決策的歷程與考量因素為何?結案過程中社工需要哪些協助?除上述之外,本研究利用研究結果與目前家庭維繫服務結案的相關規定進行對話並提出建議。 本研究採質性研究方法,訪談了公部門及民間機構共10位社工人員。研究結果與發現如下: 一、結案對社工之意義為:正向激勵、積陰德、祝福案家以及對案家全貌的提醒。 二、根據推動與阻絆結案的因素之特性,本研究將之區分為共同因素、公部門因素和民間機構因素。 三、社工在進行結案評估時會針對個案本身及其外在環境因素做確認,本研究區分為積極因子和消極因子。 四、社工對於結案指標及流程建議有三項,分別是:第一,應將結案指標視為架構參考;第二,公部門社工應擔任個案管理者,並期待結案評估會議內容精簡;第三,期許機構有明確結案指標。 五、社工需要五個面向協助分別是:督導、行政人員、網絡、提升專業能力以及友善系統的協助。 基於研究發現,本研究亦提出對實務與未來學術研究之建議
Purpose: This study aims to understand the reasons for and the factors that cause the termination of family preservation social workers. What are the decision-making processes during the termination process and the considerations to be made by family preservation social workers before termination? What kinds of help do social workers need prior to termination? The research demonstrates the relevant provisions in the termination of family preservation social workers to engage in further dialogue and offer advice. Methods and Results: This study uses qualitative research methods and interviews of 10 social workers in public sectors and civil organizations. The results and findings are as follows: 1.The reasons for the termination of social workers are positive incentives, hidden virtues, blessings, and the case family being reminded that the family is a complete picture. 2.Many factors promote termination. The study is divided into common factors, public sector factors, and civil institution factors according to the characteristics. 3.When social workers are assessed during termination, they must confirm the case itself and its external environmental factors. This study is divided into positive factors and negative factors. 4.Social workers have three recommendations regarding the indicators and the process of termination. First, the termination index should be regarded as a schema reference. Second, public sector social workers should act as case managers and look forward to meeting the content streamlining the termination assessment. Third, clear termination indicators are expected in institutions. 5.Social workers need five types of oriented assistance: supervision, administration, a network, professional capability enhancement, and a friendly system of assistance. Conclusion: Based on the above findings, we offer the suggestions for actual practice and future academic research.
