Many kind of industry employees may face the conflict between work-family. It not only reduce the employees in work engagement, and thus affect the employees to show the organizational citizenship behaviors. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of work-family conflict on organizational citizenship behaviors, and to testify the mediating role of work engagement. This research employed the questionnaire survey to collect the data and 262 valid questionnaires were retrieved .The data were used to verify the hypotheses of the study. The results of the analysis are: 1. Work-family conflict has a negative relationship on work engagement; 2. Work engagement has a positive relationship on organizational citizenship behavior; 3. Work engagement was found to have mediating effects between work-family conflict and organizational citizenship behavior. This finding provides business managers that they can decrease employee work-family conflict and proposed some practical and follow-up study suggestion.
