居家辦公下家庭-工作衝突對工作壓力及工作績效的影響研究-以家庭支持為調節變項

摘要


2019 年底 Covid-19 病毒於全世界大流行,2021 年 5 月時宣布全國進入三級 警戒狀態,自當時起台灣就有某些企業開始了居家辦公的模式,然而在居家辦公 的情形下與家庭的接觸會更加密切,於是在上班期間與家人的接觸也就相對提 高,於是本研究訂出了家庭-工作衝突此一變項的內容。然而有相關的研究表明 家庭-工作衝突對工作壓力與家庭支持有相應的影響,是故本研究欲了解居家辦 公下之家庭-工作衝突與工作壓力的關係,以及家庭支持對其中的調節有何關 聯。工作壓力與工作績效之研究也是行之有年,本研究亦欲了解居家辦公下之工 作壓力與工作績效之關聯性。本研究欲以網路問卷蒐集樣本,共兩種職業;回收 281 份。根據獨立樣本 T 檢定與階層迴歸分析得知(一)科技業與教職業於居家 辦公下之家庭-工作衝突有顯著差異。(二)居家辦公下,家庭-工作衝突對工作 壓力有正向影響(三)居家辦公下,工作壓力對工作績效有負向影響。本研究將 依此結果提出管理意涵與未來研究之建議。

At the end of 2019, the Covid-19 virus became pandemic around the world. In May 2021, the whole country was declared to enter Level 3 epidemic alert. Since then, some companies in Taiwan have started working from home. The contact with the family will be closer, so the contact with the family will be relatively improved during the work period, so this study sets the content of the variable of family-work conflict. However, some related studies have shown that family-work conflict has impact on work pressure and family support. Therefore, this study aims to understand the relationship between family-work conflict and work pressure during work from home, and how family support regulates it. Research on work pressure and job performance has been conducted for many years. This study also aims to understand the relationship between work pressure and work performance under work from home. This study intends to collect samples by means of an online questionnaire, and collects two occupations, technology industry and teaching occupation; 281 samples were collected. According to the independent sample T-test and hierarchical regression analysis, we know that (1) there are significant differences in the family-work conflict between the technology industry and the teaching occupation during work from home. (2) During work from home, family-work conflict has a positive impact on work pressure (3) During work from home, work pressure has a negative impact on work performance. Based on the results, this study will make management implications and recommendations for future research.
